What warranty do you offer?
Screen repairs carry a lifetime warranty. Every other repair — battery, charging port, back glass, camera, and more — is covered for 90 days. The same warranty applies to on-site and mail-in repairs.
What parts do you use?
We offer part options by model, including premium / OEM-quality parts when available, and we explain the difference before you book so you can choose. Parts and labor are both covered by the warranty.
How long does a repair take?
Most iPhone screen repairs take 20–30 minutes on-site; iPad screens take 30–45. Batteries run 15–25 minutes, charging ports 30–60, and back glass 45–90. Liquid damage and data recovery need diagnosis first — data recovery typically takes 1–3 hours — and we quote turnaround once we know what’s involved. You watch the whole repair.
What if my device can’t be fixed?
You don’t pay. If we can’t complete the repair, there’s no charge, and for data recovery you pay only if we recover your data. We tell you up front if something looks unfixable before any work begins.
Is my data safe during the repair?
Yes. Repairs happen in front of you, so your device never leaves your sight. We don’t ask for your passcode, and no data is ever transferred or backed up to our equipment. You stay in possession the entire time.
