    Back up your device (recommended)

    Your data should be safe, but it's always smart to back up first. Settings → iCloud → Back Up Now

    Find your shipping label

    Search your email for "RepairButlers Shipping Label" – check spam too.

    Can't find it? Text us – we'll resend it
    No printer? Text us and we'll send a QR code – show it at UPS, they print it free.

    Pack your device

    Remove any case, put device in the foam (screen up), seal with included tape, stick label on top.

    Drop it off

    Take it to any UPS or USPS location. Grab a receipt with the tracking number.
